FNG in Alabama
Just wanted to say glad to meet everyone, I've been looking around for about a month, and finally got to enrolling. Name's Aubra from east Alabama, diesel mechanic by trade.
I picked up a 1986 S10 Blazer about six months ago literally out of a paintball field a friend owned and was given it if I would just tow it out of the field. It belonged to his son, and hadn't moved in about six months. Got her home, and took stock. She's been stripped interior wise save for the front buckets and door panels. What got me was when I popped the hood. His son did a 350/700R4 swap CORRECTLY and to my suprise, started up after a little bit of work.
I'd really like to do something with this truck, it's been neglected long enough. The body is straight, and she just needs some help. I look forward to getting with everyone to help with their rides, and to get mine going.
Thanks
Aubra
