Thank you for the welcome. I have a 1986 S10 Blazer 4x4 automatic with a 2.8 engine.
I live in Tennessee, between Knoxville and Nashville. I bought my Blazer off Ebay as a parts truck for my other Blazer which was also an '86. The photos on the site didn't do the truck justice and the price was fantastic. So I kept it and sold the old one.
Here is my old one with the wife driving it.

Sorry about the size of the photo. My new one the previous owner painted it camo over a beautiful dark blue paint. In the beginning I considered having it painted back but I like to travel in the mountains on old trails so I nixed that idea.
My biggest problem is I know very little about cars and how to work on them so I have always wanted a Blazer and in the process I can learn how to work on them. My father in law is a certified mechanic and he told me I should find a forum that is dedicated to Blazers, I also think he is tired of me bugging him..lol.
I will post a photo of my new Blazer when I get a chance, I'm in the process of swapping computers so all my pics are on the old hard drive.
