Hello everyone! Quick question about my Blazer... how will a '95 run (in theory) with the timing 30 degrees off? rich? rough? smelly? appreciate it!

My 96 is currently running at 37 going down the road and 17 during acceleration it runs pretty rough till it gets in the higher rpm range.... But it still goes everyday.
