Smile Hello all

My name is Dan, I live in Boise Idaho. My Blazer is a 95 LT 4x4 4door with the 4.3 vortec and the 4l60e. My plans include a LQ9 6.2 swap and the Allison 6 spd auto. I am planning on the Superlift K790 lift kit with an additional 2 inches of body lift. I want to run 33's or 35's. The powertrain upgrades I picked are because I want the tunability of the Gen V ECM and the AFM and VVT. LS's are reasonably easy to swap but I've never done one a 4x4. Stock the motor should provide plenty of torque.

My other toy is a 67 El Camino with a 496 ci big block. Makes about 650hp to the wheels on the motor and at 3994 lbs (all steel original panels except for the hood) it runs 10.80's all day long at our local 1/4 mile strip.

Looking forward to the tech and advice as well as making some new friends.
