Daltongrant06 is on a distinguished road
Default Hello Everyone!

We just bought our son a 2 door 1989 Chevy Blazer 4x4 with the 4.3L V6. Guy sold it to us "as is" as it was white smoking pretty bad once it got heated up which lead me to believe it had a blown head gasket. Couldn't beat the price ($500) so we bought it for my oldest son. I have a mechanical back ground and also had a 91 S10 pickup back in high school so it made sense for us to get it as a project for my son and I to work on. Looking forward to doing the work with him and spending the time with him to do this project together before he gets his license. We have a year to get it ready to ride. Glad that this forum is here for hints and help along the way.
