No way to stop the misalignment. The whole idea behind the torsion bar lift is that you're flexing down your suspension to give you lift up. The catch is that instead of simply being the temporary 'flex' position, you make it your daily ride height. So you have to realign to level the tires back out.
And you can tell your torsion bars are going because your front end sags. Or if you go to crank the bars up, and the bolt is all the way into the cross member.
