Default Hi Everybody! New to the forum and with a few questions for starters...

Hello Everybody,
My Dad's Chevy Blazer 1995 SL 4.3l V6 Vortech is in our garage for about 2 years now and I would like to get it back on the road for him.
I have tried to look up the forum for an information regarding OBD and reading the trouble codes using the jump wire method but I can't find it and I am lost.
The computer is next to the engine under the hood,
16 pins on the OBD socket located on the left /driver side.
Pins active in the socket 2,3,5 ( top row ) 9,13,16 ( bottom row )
Which ones I should brigde to be able to read the flashing codes?
None of the nearest service garages are able to read the codes. Their scanners simply can't see the vechicle!
We are located in Europe.
Any help will be very much appreciated!
I will try to post some pictures as I am getting that beast back to the shape
Thank you
Dom

Welcome to the forum. Your 95 Blazer most likely has the weird OBD 1.5 system. I don't know much about it, but hopefully someone else will chime in to help. I'd also suggest posting in the 2nd generation tech section with your questions rather than the new member introductions.
