Smile Hi everyone im josh

Hello i am a long time blazer fan and have had 4 to date an 89, a 97,a 99 and a 2000. I love these SUVs...the 99 is my current one . Its a Zr2 LS. i have plans to fix it up but its a good runner now. i want to change out the stock rims for something a little nicer. I should be able to get any 15 inch rim with the same lug size/pattern right. also i got some rot in the front wheel wells i see there is a seam like there is an inner and outer fender well... do i need to replace the fender and the inner wheel well cuz the fenders themselves are in great shape. I'm trying to do the work myself and want to save as much as i can. thanks
