I have a ? Can I hook up battery with gas tank off? I need to put up windows

? Gas tank and battery off.. Windows down can I hook up battery just to roll up Windows even though tanks off

Sure, as long as the fuel pump is disconnected (which I'm guessing it is if the gas tank is out).
