Hi guys, most of the problems that I have with my truck I find answers here, althought I like to share some fixes as well.
I had a digital dash (pain in the butt when they are gone).
A fix that I found and it might work in most of the dash, mine only worked the speedometer and turn signals. So I took that thing in parts and I remove the power supply thing that is in the middle of the 2 pcb to change the 43uF electrolytic capacitor in most cases this capacitor might still good. When they are bad they smell and might look like fat becase is blown. so there is no need to change it, but resoilder the connections in the back of this plate you won't see this because you need to remove it and do the work in the back. In other words resoilder everything back from this pcb and soilder it back into the main pcb again and try it it should work.
Another problem that I have was a ticking noise from the engine when I was on highway when it was idle you could not hear it or the noise was mininal, but annoying in highway. It end up being a joint that goes in the middle of the engine and the exhausts system, replace this thing and the noise should be fix.
Now I realy need some help I have a blazer 1994 3.1L v6 5spd and the clutch makes some squiky noise when pressed and when the truck is warmed or hot and when there is alot of driving I have to accelerated more than usual to take off or the truck wil go off because not enough acceleration. I was told to replace the clutch because it might cause a problem to the transmition. I got the truck last year and its being good but I have being doing little work on it I will post some pictures later on, of the joint that goes in the middle of the engine and exhausts if you wish as well from the truck
