Default Need help with air conditiong

I own a 99 Chevy Blazer LS edition, I love all the options on it, but here recently i have had some unknown problems with it. It seems wen im going highway speed and the ac is turned off, that it somehow manages to blow cold air through the vents. Then the right front wheel starts making a bad loud grinding noise. This noise can be taken care of by pushing the 4 Hi button in, but then i get a wining noise from the same area. If anyone could give me some pointers on this it would be greatly appreciated thank you.

i have the same problem with my a/c and i think its just because the coolant is getting low because i know mine is about 1/2 to 3/4 of a pound low. and for the grinding noise it sounds to me like you have a CV joint that has no grease. this usually happens when the boot around the CV joint wears out or breaks. something you want to get fixed quick because it will be a lot more expensive to fix later.
