I have just bought a 2001 Chevrolet Blazer LT 4.3L. Replaced Spark plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. I have a misfire in cylinder 1 but my cylinder 1 spark plug goes to Cylinder 3 on the distributor cap and cylinder 3 spark plug goes to cylinder 1 on the distributor cap. It's the only way it will run, if I reverse them the check engine light flashes and the vehicle starts to shake what do I do?

check your crankshaft sensor had the same thing on my 01 and it was the wiring look closely
