IAm not one to try and make unnecessary threads but i am looking into getting a beater truck/suv, specifically the blazer or s-10, Iam leaning more towards the s-15 blazer, don't wanna k5 though about it, but too much of a gas drinker for what Iam going to be using it for.

Is there anything I need to know about the blazers etc, any common issues, Iam not looking to spend a hell of alot of money either preferablly a little over 3G if not less. looking to just go back and forth with it and in need for bad weather etc.

Thanks for the welcome, been busy so haven't really had to time to log on. anybody have tips and things for me to look for on these truck's I am still undecided on what to do or get.

 

ive found in my recent expierence the 4.3 vortec intake manifold gaskets are very comon problem along with wheel bearings
