New here with an 89 K5

Default New here with an 89 K5

I've got an 89 k5 with a rebuilt 350 from a mid 70's corvette bored 30 over with a roller cam (no idea which one), 89 intake and TBI, dual 2.5" exaust, 33' tires. Runs lousy, I need a chip, want to buy the programmer and program my own but can't figure out what chip I have so can't choose the programmer. A bit too new and broke, but enthusiastic about making it run right.

Switch to propane and be done with computers forever.

Default Propane doing away with computers

I love the notion of propane and had looked into it once before. Nowadays I'm working on water for fuel. As the resulting hydroxy gas is a gas not unlike propane, I'm not sure that a dual fuel system would be easier with propane than gasoline
Thoughts?
