where do you find parts for the older trucks out there. i take it you cant just go to the local parts store and get a water pump. do you pretty much have to order everything online?

well you will be surprised when you found some AC parts or Delco parts around here.

For example many warehouses of companies still have inventory 30 years ago for GM, mopar and motor craft parts. These parts some time sold by auction

Parts like new carburetor for example that you cant find in the market or the dealer "new condition and never been used" but the problem is the price is awfully expensive. The new GM carburetor cost around 1000 $ and if you bargain maybe the owner can gave you with a cheaper price.

Unfortunately LMC and Classic industry are having chiness & taiwan made parts and which is not good as the american made parts and that is why we are trying to install the best for our trucks and for that we pay more

Wow, finding nos (new old stock) is vey hard to do. You could post up that stuff and make a killing from someone who wants all original.

The reason I mentioned that wax and meguiars makes it too I think, the wax has a tint to it t fill in the scuffs etc. Btw if you want to make those trucks fly look up big als toybox in connecticut. Its my uncle, all he does is make supercharged engines. He delivers world wide. The british had to be told one engine that he shipped was for a boat bc it had dual 8-71 chargers on it.
I know how you guys play out there and that would be much cooler than having. Turbo pajero or land cruiser ;-)
