Hey guys! Just wanted to introduce myself, I am Derrek from Woodstock Ontario and I just bought my 3rd s10 chassis vehicle haha. It's a 98 Jimmy that was a one owner, and shes been serviced at the same shop since new and always run on premium fuel. I even have the original bill of sale still in perfect shape!! It has 192,000km on it and runs flawlessly but as with most of these trucks has some things to fix with the steering... Thanks to our use of salt over winters shes got some cancer that I am going to fix in the spring.

The plan is to drive it through the winter and then start work on it in the spring. I want to fix the body on it and get it done in a nice colour with Autoflex. Also planning on doing a 6" lift and hopefully fitting 33s under it, but the first job is fix the steering and the broken speakers so I have tunes to drive to work with.

I threw in a couple pics of the other S10 chassis vehicles I have owned...

Welcome, I enjoyed the sticker and copied it to put in the file. I had no idea what they cost new and yours has about the same options as mine. Mine came from Oregon and was a garaged vehicle for a few of its years and really doesn't have rust under it. Yours is a good looking rig.

the frame is fine, its just mostly the rockers and rear wheel wells are affected. im going to try and coat them to slow the rust down so i dont have to replace half the truck in the spring haha.
