Hey All,

Just joining on the board, as I recently added a 1998 Blazer 4dr to my 'collection' of cars. Am a member at several other forums, but always interested in finding people that know these trucks inside and out, to share info with.

The '98 I just got, was a hand-me-down from my uncle, who recently passed away. Low miles, was pretty much used to get to the grocery store, etc around town. Has just under 13,000 miles on it currently. He wanted me to have it since so many of the other vehicles I have are old and getting worn out. I haven't really had an opportunity yet to snap some pictures, but will do that as soon as I get some free time, and good weather.

Had an '88 2-dr S-Blazer 2.8 4x4 a few years ago, which was lost due to theft. Recovered maybe 10 blocks from my house, but was damaged enough that insurance called it a total loss. Had put a lot of blood and sweat into that little truck, and was sad the morning I went outside to find it gone.

Also own a '97 Olds Cutlass Supreme, '94 Pontiac Bonneville SSEi, '85 Chevy K-10 long bed 4x4, and an '84 Buick Regal T-Type. Do a fair amount of wrenching on all of them except the Regal, which is stored at my in-laws for now. The rest are semi-daily drivers.

Looking forward to exploring the forums and seeing what I can learn from all of you on board. Also hoping I can share some knowledge, as well.

Welcome from Florida! Wow, a '98 with only 13K mi. You gotta be kidding! I got mine from Granddad when he passed, it was 7 years old with 33K mi. Sorry to hear about your '88 Blazer!
