Hello Forum:
New guy from southern Oregon here. I'm the original owner of an '87 S10 4X4 2.8L TBI with about 190,000 miles. Would you believe its just starting to act up? Nothing major yet, but I suspect that day is coming.
I'm not a mechanic by vocation or avocation (that's trade or hobby for the less vocabularicly inclined). While I have a descent mechanic, he needs some watching over, and tries to tell me things I know are not true.
So I'm joining the forum to get have a sounding board available. Now, go back to what you were doing.
