Most things people do is tail lights, then maybe headlights, exhaust, interior lights, stereo, rims, lift....but everyone and every blazer is a little bit differnt and everyone throws their own style into it...But you are definitelly in the right place to get ideas from what others have done and check it out, as well as to see how to do it!!!
