Default Newbie: 2004 Blazer with no dash lights or radio. Help?

Been thru the fuses, nothing there. Any common things I am missing? Been thru Haynes & Chilton diagrams w/o help. ABS light is also intermittent on, but just did brake job & OBD codes report no brake issues.

Did you test your fuses with a multi-meter or only do a visual inspection? Fuses have been known to suffer from metal fatigue and look ok but actually have a crack in them breaking the circuit.
