Question Newby

Hello all. Recently acquired a 2001 LS 4 dr Blazer with 37000 miles, not an error. Mileage is certified.

Been sitting for awhile. Got it home and fired it up. Runs good, everything works on it. Have a few things it needs, but they are minor.

Only major thing is the four wheel drive won't disengage completely. Makes an awful noise sometimes. Is there an adjustment on anything at the front differential?

Thanks Racer_X. Got the front end fixed. Had to change the vacuum switch, disassemble the front one and clean it. Not sure but I don't think I have 4wd H, goes in low OK, but 4 H, not sure about that. When I push the buttons for H, both L & H lights come on and blink.??. Have to play around with it later.
