Rear hatch louvres

Hello! I've been a fan of this site for a few years now, just decided today to join. I have a 2000 jimmy parts truck, an 05 blazer with a blown rear and my daily 03 blazer. All are 2dr l, only the blazers are 4x4. Let me tell you i LOVE my blazer.
So I haven't seen a single post about this, has anyone else asked about such a thing. I have an 03 blazer 2dr 4wd. Looooove the look of louvres, not making my own. Cant find any on the Interwebs, can anyone help a brother out?
