Default Rebuilding 87 blazer

Hello all, I'm currently in the process of rebuilding a 87 blazer. I just picked up a parts truck also with everything there that you could ask for. What i need help answering or seeing what you guys would do. One truck is a shell that needs all wiring and has barely any rust at all. The 2nd truck has rusted out wheel wells, the rockers are gone, cab is falling apart and rust under the whole bottom. The real question is would you rather do metal work or taking everything from the parts truck.

That depends entirely on what your passion and knowledge base is. Some people love body work and are real artists. I am an electrical engineer who started programming computers and building radios in the 1960's and thats my passion so I would build up a good clean frame and body every day of the week but electrical scares most people so that would be a miserable job for many. Only you know which part of the truck you want to have your head buried in over the next bunch of months. Let us know if we can help, especially electrical. LOL.

Yeah the frame is nice but metal work isn't my thing really lol. I can wing it but it ain't gonna be pretty really! But I have to rob the all the electrical components of one for other. Thank you for the help! But I'll be sure to ask as well
