Default Thinking about a purchase

Hello All,

Considering a Blazer purchase but unsure whether to pull the trigger. Figure that this is the right place to come for opinion. It's a 93 s10 Blazer 4wd, 198k on the clock. Seems to run okay but the valves are a little noisy on acceleration it seems. 4wd works well, shifts great, paint is rough but everything looks clean overall, no rust on the undercarriage. A/C isn't cold and the passenger window doesn't go down. Needing something to play around in the woods with and I think I can pick this up for 1300.

For a 24 year old truck with 200k miles and no working AC, I couldn't see myself paying more than $600-$700 for, ESPECIALLY if it's just something to play around with and not a daily...
