New member... 1993 Blazer.

I've had this thing for a year... love it to death. But, I see that in 1993, Chevy made a Blazer... AND an S-10 Blazer... and maybe even K5 Blazer? I don't know... some say that this is NOT a K5, but is a K1500 Blazer. Or maybe just a Blazer.

Looking for some clarification here... if anybody can enlighten me, please do so!

 

I believe it would be a k1500 blazer. K5s are the "squarebody" style blazers.

 

Cool... thanks. Now, out of curiosity, was there a K5 made in '93? If I tell somebody that I have a '93 Blazer, do I need to designate it as "not an S-10," or as a "K1500" or just, "full -size?" If I say, "full- size," does it leave the possibility of it being either a K5 or K1500 open to question?

 

90 or 91 was the last year of the K5, usually I just hear your people refer to the body style you have as a full size blazer, you do need to make it clear that it's a "93 full size blazer" if you're ordering parts for it.
