ok i have been looking around and ihave notaced that up to 94 has a lot of perfrormance mods and then 96 and up have even more.
but for the 95 4.3 vortec i cant find a c/c ot turbo for it. i found like 1 cam.
dose anyone know of a website that has s/c or turbos for the 95 4.3L vortec?

 

The problem isn't so much the lack of performance hardware, it is the pretty much physical impossibility of tweaking the OBD1.5 computer to allow for such mods. The '95 CPI motor is practically identical to the '94-earlier CPI motors. If you were lucky enough to get a late model year produced vehicle, you may have gotten a SCFI motor from the '96+ (or was it that some early year '96 trucks got the older CPI... can't remember). But if that's the case, then anything for the '96+ would work on your motor. But again, it all comes down to tuning the PCM which is VERY difficult, if not practically impossible due to the limited use of the OBD1.5 code.
