where would i find a supercharger for a 2003 4.3 l

 

Seeing as I'm getting a Wynjammer installed tomorrow I'd say http://www.wynjammer.com/ALM1115/GM_S10_4_3__V6.html
but search around for what you want & price wise... lots of topics in here about them, try "Search"

 

There are no manufacturers that make a roots style supercharger for the 4.3L. Wynjammer makes a centrifugal blower kit for the 4.3L though.
