You will have to beat the firewall back to fit anything bigger than 32" tires. I put on 33" and 3" body lift and had to beat where the firewall meets the floor board back about 1", plus I had to cut out 2" wide pie wedge front and back of each fender well. I ran Firebird rims and still rubbed the frame before full crank of the steering wheel, in both directions.

ZR2s have a lifted suspension compared to regular Blazers though, so of course you can run a taller tire compared to a stock regular 4X4 Blazer.

Im almost done with installing my 2" shackle lift and T-bar keys. I have a set of BF Goodrich 31x10.5 that i wanna put on but im getting mixed reviews as for my rims. I have 15x7 94 blazer rims on my truck. Will the tires fit and function properly? I have people tell me ill have no probs and I have others tell me ill have too much roll over. I have 30x9.5 on it right now and not much rollover.

Man, for me to fit 31's, i had to do the shackle lift and the t-bar crank +
a 2" body lift, and still trim the front and rear fender openings, Iam guessing it have to do with the trim options on the different vehicles and spring options+ age, but i still love my money pit though, GM the most expensive vehicle i have ever owned .

Or (very probable) your torsion bars were sagging, so the torsion bar lift didn't give you the full lift described here.
