One of my friends has a S10 blazer sitting on 33s With the 5"TM lift and a 3" PA body lift.. When he turns the wheel his tires rub against the body mounts by the doors just a little though, I was wondering how you got away with 35s on your truck? Don't your tires hit the body mounts big time?? Did you eliminate the body mount or something?? lol

I'd think you'd almost have to rub the firewall before you'd hit a body mount... But I could be wrong. How far does his wheel/tire stick out past the fender? Most people rub in three places;
The frame, the sway bar, and the back outer edge of the front fender.
Never heard of rubbing a body mount, but I never rule anything out.

BTW hows that bracket that was in the way of your front diff coming out working for ya?

He has a 4.5" backspace rims.. But he also has 13.5" wide tires... So when he takes a sharp corner and hits a bump it hits the body mount.. I was just wondering about those 35s lol

I'm gonna cut it out today, then take it down to a local auto machine shop and have the front ring and pinion gears swapped. I can't have them both done at the same time cause i don't have enough jack stands lol
