I usually wait until it warms up a bit. We are there almost every year during the July 4th weekend.

 

I have an 89 K5 with a 4" Superlift and a 1" ORD body lift with new body bushings. Still sporting the stock axles with an Auburn unit in back. Waiting til i find a nice deal on axles and will step up to the 1 tons. It has 35 BFG MT KM2's that work great on the trails and in the mud. Not extreme but it runs good and gets me in and out of where i need to be.
