Default Help Me lift my Blazer

Ive owned this Blazer for a year and a half now and I want to lift my truck. My budget is around $1300 and i want to put at most a 6" lift. I have researched body lifts and suspension lifts. For the fact that my blazer is only 2WD i'm okay with settling for just a body lift and giving up serious offroading. I just want to lift my truck and make it look clean. Give me feedback on what you guys think would work best. What manufacturer makes the best lift kits. check out my page for pictures of my Blazer.

If you just want the look, a body lift will achieve that a lot easier and cheaper than a suspension lift.

Depends... if your going to install it or a shop is. My body lift was miserable to install because the bolts that hold the body on were all rusted out/stripped.

I would look at maybe a long travel control arm setup, they shoyuld have something for a two wheel drive and it would look badass as well. but i think they cost some serious cash. heres a guy on another forum that made a long travel truck something different 66 long travel truck - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

always plan for the worst, my 84 k5 blazer, every single bolt broke off in the body. even on my 85 which had like 30k on it 3 still broke off in the floor.
