I am however going wheeling this week with someone who has an 88 solid axle blazer on 39.5 inch tires.. *cough* Dux *cough*

Do you organize road/wheelin' trips with other members of this forum or some other organization? Which I think is a cool thing to do either way... It looks like great fun and I can't wait to see how my Blazer turns out and then put it through the paces... It's builds like yours and several others that inspire me... Bravo... Hopin' to be trail worthy soon!!!

About twice a month, but never in anything too deep. Usually go by myself or with trucks much lighter than mine.

I hear ya there... I'm gonna start with the tamer side of stuff and work my way up to the more difficult stuff as I learn what the Blazer can handle and not go up in flames...

i wheeled the **** out of mine with just 31s. any mud hole i could find, what ever trail it would fit down and even took it in 4ft of snow with no problems. struggled yes, but no real problems. now that its sas and runnin 39s, its a beast. Yellowjacket hill at Tahuya trails this week will be a good test......lots of big rocks goin up hill. shall be fun.
