is it true when you put a body lift on a truck you hear a wierd sound like the whole body rattle or shaking like every bump you hit? and another thing i kno like those 3 and 4 inch spacers to make your truck wider an tires stick out farther are very bad for your suspension and drivetrain and axle but what about like the smallest spacer possible like a 1 inch or something

I use a 1.25" bolt on billetadapter for the rear wheels. I have no issues.

Anyone know of a good suspension lift for a 98' 4dr Blazer im not sure if i want a 6" lift anyone have anything smaller?

Yes I have the Superlift Kit. I would also reccomend the 5" BDS Kit as well.

With the 6" lift anyone know the hight of the blazer would be lol i need to know if it would fit in my garage
