Gotta know what kinda of tires you want to run. Figure 6' over stock (stock tires) up to 8' over stock (33s).

With my 32's i just measures my truck from the top of the luggage rack rails to be about 74-1/2" - 75".

if u wanted to fit 45" tires u would need a set up like this:
