The 4x4 scene is horrible in long island its all tuners so i am havin one hell of a time finding any trails around here can anybody help me out

as for the google maps link........youll have to look to see whats offroading areas and stuff mostly shops but never hurts to look, just use google

 

Thanks for the help i looked on google 2 but 98% of wat you find are shops not trails and the link u sent me i hav been to and its all shops thanks for looking though

 

Wait your looking for offroad trails on long island? I can show you some :-) I dont like taking my truck anymore but i used to go nuts. Where do you live? Im over in Centereach

 

Unfortunatly most of the land is off limits but that does not mean there are no trails at all. Like Paul02288 says they are out there just not well known and worse case you could get the beach permits even though it is not exactly the same at least you can use your 4 wheel drive. If you don't mind traveling to go wheeling and would not mind of making a weekend out of it check out MUD NY.COM. Or if you are on facebook just do a search for mud ny or strong island crawlers and hook up with us. I belong to both but unfortunatly since I work every weekend I never get to wheel with the groups.
