The only spots I know of are Soggy Bottom, Uwharrie, and Telico I believe is the name of it. But I'm thinking Telico got shut down. If I find any new spots, I'll post back though.

If you are interested in more of a Trail type offroad experience, i.e. going over rock obstables and through some water, then check out:
