Default New Lift + Off roading Trip (extremely pic/video heavy)

Ill Start off by showing off my awesome lift, im super happy with how it turned out. super cheap and extremely effective.

Before:

After:

Pic with londonmazda's fresh lift as well.

on the way home good photo opp to show improvement.

lil flexin

and the trip to Kitchener begins...

We first took off from london with my jimmy londons jimmy my buddys seirra Z71 drove hour and a bit to Kitchener. We met up with a few friends but only one could join us to start the others came later.

Buddy with another Sierra lifted on 33s showed us the way to the first spot they call valens...

GMC CLUB!!

the least likely truck to get stuck was the first to get stuck... twice in a row in the same obstacle. which london made it through lol.

Attempt 1, a lil weak:

http://s274.photobucket.com/albums/j...CIMG3379-1.flv

attempt 2 still not good enough

http://s274.photobucket.com/albums/j...t=CIMG3381.flv

had to get pulled out by londons jimmy lol.

http://s274.photobucket.com/albums/j...CIMG3380-1.flv

a lil deeper into valens reveals tonnes of hills to try and get up that were barely doable, and alot of rocks.

^^^^ That hill proved to be very difficult and we had our first breakage on it. The lifted sierra tried for a really hard path hit a real bad bounce not 10 foot from the top and landed sideways on the passenger side wheel severly bending the tie rod.

So we called our other buddies who were back at the shop welding in a rool cage to a nissan 240. and they brought out a welder generator and some piping so we could fix the tie rod. we heated it up with a tourch then hooked a chain to it and the jimmy pulled a lil to straighten it then welded a sleave over that just to get it back to the shop.

Good thing it was lifted^^^^

London coming up an insanely rocky hill which no one thought he could get up. he did.... that ended up being the story of the day... "no way hes gonna make that..... Holy **** i cant believe he made that"

buddys ranger :

my jim and my girl:

On the way up a vary steep rock litered hill my service 4x4 light came up on the dash and all the lights on the buttons went out so i was stuck in 4HI for the rest of the day....

then we headed back to the shop to eat & drink a lil then we headed out to the second pit they call breslau, unfortunately it was dark by the time we got there so pics didnt work out to well...

we got some racing going and a lil off roading go carting action too....
london going for a Rip:

a

during one of the races one of the trucks went off the side of an abandoned rail way burm which we were using as the track. he decided what better way to get back up then use the speed from coming down plus a whole lot of throttle to get back up.... well he went a lil to fast caught air on the way up the burm and came down hard on the drivers side and slid about 80 ft like this...

Actually pulled the ball joints appart.

The B2600 given'r: before the wheel came off

Videos to come... still uploading !!!!!

my 4WD started acting up near the end of the first spot and the service 4WD light came on and all the lights on the buttons went out and i was stuck in 4x4. i wanted to take it out of 4x4 so we could drive to the next place as it was about 20 mins away including a lil jaunt on the highway so i disconected the front axle solenoid. but when i got to the next pit i wanted 4x4 again but since the system was down the solinoid would not re-engage the front axle. so i figured i would drive a round in 2x4 for a bit until this happended

i fell through some ice. but i was barely stuck if i had 4x4 i would be able to get myself out so i looked around the truck to see if there was anything i could use to connect the vacuum lines together so i could engage the front axle. i found a business card and 4 zip ties. and it worked!!:

Look's like a blast. Wish there was stuff like that around Green Bay that wouldn't take you an hour to get there or get you in trouble...
