rear shackles are a p.i.t.a. there is a write up somewhere around here if you do a search. most of the problem comes from getting the bolts out of the bushings.
i would get a set of bushings to go with your shackles.
as far as front arms not to bad..just make sure you mark the camber bolts for alignment purpose and get an alignment.
are you doing a torsion bar crank as well to get some lift?

good luck and throw some pics when you get done...always nice to see before/after shots

Ya Im doing a whole new set of urethane rear spring bushings. New shackles and eyelets. Thats what the A-arms are for. Replace the stock ones on the tortion bar to get 2-3 inches of lift. Just gunna be 2" in this case. Just wanna get a little more room on there to put the 31x10.5 tires on. Definitely will once I get this all set, Should be starting it tomorrow

Not seeing too much on the forum about how to swap out the tortion keys? Anyone have some info on this or is there a tutorial?

Thanks alot ZR2, the video definitely gives me the idea what to do. Looks easy enough to me...Giovanni...I started soaking it with PB Blaster on Monday. Hopefully should be a pretty easy release. Heard horror stories from ppl on the bolts. Hopefully have this done sunday if I can get my bushings....2 days late so far!
