Search training
About 2 years ago, while during a search & rescue training, I was having to drive out the recertification team to the location we had our subjects.
Well, a typical mud hole is where we like to place people. I saw it, threw down the gear into 3rd, and plowed through. The guys following me stopped dead in his tracks. He later told me I was moving in a straight line, but my rig was about 45 degrees to the right. Man, if I could have had a camera guys there at that moment.

That's cool. I have a 2000 that I've used to get to a few ropes rescue drills in the fire department. The guy always like to see if I can get it stuck. Do you have an amateur radio rig in your truck?

I have 2 radios. CB, and a low band radio. The low band is what we use on trainings mainly as the range sucks. You go over 3 small ranges and in a valley and you have no communication. lol So, I fire up my CB and communicate with our com van that way.
