It was a lot of fun nothing to crazy but enough to make me smile. These were from the trail directly behind my shop so it was also convenient! Here's one more that I forgot to load earlier.

Killer Pics
Really enjoyed looking at every one of them.

For a little while I forgot all about the stress of my day.
Thanks for sharing.

Rex, it looks like you have vertical-video syndrome.

Thanks for sharing them, it's fun seeing Blazer's getting muddy.

Damn nice looking area to explore. Y'all in the DC Area??? I wish I had pic's of my 93 s10 blazer when I lived in WV on the New River. Nothin special, very utilitarian. I cut the roof off behind the B posts, ripped the carpet out and drilled holes in the floor for drainage. In the winter I fashioned a frame out of 3/4" pvc and covered it with a heavy mil brown tarp secured with duct tape. Surprisingly it looked better than it sounds. It was a daily driver but wasn't too concerned with bouncing it of trees or whatever. It was a tough lil truck. Once my 99 Jimmy gets more miles on it I will probably cut the top off it the same way and design a safari style soft top for it. For now I cant get to crazy with it as it's my only vehicle but some day...

I have rafted the New. I love that area for sure! We are like 15-20 outside DC. That trail I literally right behind my shop. I don't even have to leave the parking lot to get on the trail. I'm in the same boat as far as needing to drive my blazer right now. Even tho I have the murano to dd the wife says I can't go totally crazy with the blazer yet. She has ok'd the 5.7 and sas swaps but buying a house has to come first. Which I'm actually sitting on traffic on my way to Navy Federal right now to talk to them about mortgage options

I've been bit by the lifted bug. Wanna go higher, need ground clearance!!! Probly gonna do a 2"body lift next as that's all I can afford at the moment but that wont do anything as far as ground clearance. Haven't researched SAS, can you give me an idea of how much it costs to do that??? I have a friend that owns a wrecker company so I can get a front axle from him when the right truck comes and I will do most of the work myself with the exception of fabricating and welding the mounting points. But I have fiends that can help me with that. I'm assuming a custom drive shaft will have to be made. Have no idea what else it will take as I said I haven't researched it yet. Sometimes I wonder if it's not cheaper to buy a truck already built???
