Video from Wharton Run
#1
Well we went to Wharton this past weekend and had a blast til Evan (one of our friends) broke down. He's got a 2001 blazer that's pretty much stock. Instead of following us through a puddle he went another way which wound up worse than the bigger one. He hit hard and died. Took on a LOT of water. Cracked his starter shorted out his seat shorted the tps shorted out a speaker and broke a motor mount. We towed him back and eventually got him started so he could get home and start fixing his truck. I don't have a video of him until after he went down. But there is a stuck explorer in there! LOL If anyone wants to see some video here's the link http://www.youtube.com/view_play_lis...4F08B8D02555A2

It's near a few lakes and also near the cranberry bogs.
Yes it is Wharton...We love it there!!! It worked out great actually! No problems whatsoever! And yes Kyle you did see it on the other site...Where there are only a few people. But yet you posted again! LMAO!!!!! I posted here for the fellow Blazer lovers to enjoy

If you're in that neck of the woods you might check out the Picatinny Arsenal area. When I lived up that way, 15yrs or so ago you could do some trekking out there, not sure about now. Some decent trails, a couple of lakes and some good terrain.

Thanks! I'll ask my brother if he knows where it is. He knows Wharton pretty good for the most part. I know there are a few places though that are not allowed. He's actually gotten a ticket up there because they were all off trail in some quarry. And being an arsenal...They're probably not allowing anyone near it anymore.

Nice guys, wish I coulda been there, got stuck working.
Haven't been at Wharton since I reversed into a tree at 25mph there last year, but its a fun place to go.
Assunpink Lake is pretty decent in Monmouth County, dunno what the legality is there though...
