The only I can see that ever working would be take a rearend out of vehicle thats made for coil springs or cut the springs holders off another axle and weld them on.Then you would have do some fabrication under the body also.
Now I did take and switch the rear suspention from leaf spring on my 81 camaro.I replaced with the coil spring suspention from an 81 malibu.
