I need to install the factory grill on a 1980 k5 blazer but I cant seem to figure out how to get the screws in. when you slip the grill in, the screws are on the very top and very bottom of the grill and they slip up and behind the chrome strip on the grill/radiator support. Anyone have any experience installing one of these? Do I have to dissasemble the chrome strips somehow? Also on the bottom, it looks like the lower grill panel is in the way which is removable but I think you have to take the bumper off to get it off as well. Just wondering if theres a trick to getting the grill on or if I just need to start pulling everything off. Thanks!

 

Not to sure about the 80`s model chevy`s.But you may want to contact these guys LMC TRUCK @ LMC.COM.They maybe able to help you out.All I would do is just reinstall it the same way it came off.But I know that`s easier said than done if you didn`t take the first one off.
