????1984 Body on a 1990 frame????

????1984 Body on a 1990 frame????
I may be putting a 1984 body on my 1990 frame. I will be carrying over my interior, front clip, doors, and tailgate. Is there anything special that needs to be done? I know the dashes are different; can they be swapped?
