Default 2000 Blazer front end

How do you remove the Grill components and Lights off the 2000 Blazer LS...
I see these kinda weird shaped screws above the lights but they wont budge.

Is it necessary to remove the lights in order to remove the plastic(body colored) piece around the grill??

THANKS

The grille can be *fragile* and will come off without removing the headlights, it is removed by pulling it forward at 9 or more clip locations. Just pull forward without yanking. Once you unclip at least half of them, it becomes much easier so be careful and pull only straight forward at the clip locations.

The turn signal lenses are attached to the Grille and come off with it.
