RE: 95 blazer bumper
If you are talking about the metal part of the bumper and not the plastic valance....
Get under it, find where itbolts on and take it off. When you've done that, put a strait edge up against the mounting brackets on both the bumper and the frameto see if there is any bend. If there is, bend it (the frame mount) back as best you canby heating it with a torch and hammering (be careful). Carefully measure the repair you made to make sure it is right. Bolt the strait side back up and hold the bad side in place so its symmetrical. If the bolt holes line up, bolt it back up. If you are still having a problem after that, you may have some frame warpage or the bumper is probably beyond repair.
I had a similar problem with the bumper on one of dads work trucks. It mounts much the same as yours does, as it is also a 96 model S-series.

Pull the grille shell out too! Wouldn't want to torch that! Yeah, I agree with Euro, you can fix it yourself pretty easily if the damage is not too bad.
Is it tweaked enough to hit your fenders or your grille shell?

no its not hitting the fender but it is hitting the grille shell. and also on the side where the bumper corners mount up on the right side the bracket is broken causing he corner to flap around also it looks like its pushed back a little because its not even with the fender is there any thing i can do to fix this? thanks

RE: 95 blazer bumper
I would hit a junk yard and see if you can get a new bracket or maybe even just grab a new bumper too while your there, that would be the easiest approach. It is also the more expensive approach. Grab a bracket from the junk yard and follow the directions Euro gave ya is the other approach I would take.

RE: 95 blazer bumper
What caused it?
If you can, take a picture of it and post it. That way we can determine to what extent it is damaged.

If it's a bent brackett (#23 in the pic), it's replaceable, but it's welded on.

RE: 95 blazer bumper
I've got a 2001 4 dr Blazer. The back bumper is damaged from my G/F at the time backed up into a Honda Civic. Couldn't see car in the mirrors at all. So I was wondering how much you think it would be if I got it at a junk yard? Is it a easy reapir or a all day project? I was under the truck yesterday it looks like it is starting to get some rust there..
Thanks
