Default 95 Blazer HVAC Issues

Hey guys,

So my sis's '95 Blazer apparently does not blow hot or cold air. Now, she said it stayed just fine and warm in the winter, leading me to believe that the statement may be somewhat incorrect, but neither here nor there for the moment.

I have located this article (and my own existing knowledge) which indicates one of two issues are "typical". First, it could be the RDO fuse needs to be reset according to the article, second it could be the blend door actuator has a cracked gear and needs to be replaced.

Just wanted to see if you guys had any other solutions. Per a friend of her's who is a mechanic (reportedly) the A/C and heater system checks out normally.

I know GMs have a LOT of problems with the HVAC controls, so just wanted your inputs first.
