im thinking about getting some handles from the rear doors of a 4 door and putting them in the front . does anyone know if theyre identical as far as how they move inside the door (like how it pulls the little linkages)

 

Biggest problem you'd have would be the missing exterior key slot. You would not be able to unlock your doors from the outside if you were ever to have a keyless entry problem.

But I'd measure them first to make sure that they both require the same opening.

 

Just out of curiosity, not dissrespect, but why would you want to do that?

OK, makes sense to me, but like Kyle said if you ever have a power loss......but I guess you could always go through the tailgate too though.....hmmm, maybe a good idea afterall.
