Default Blacking out Chevy Logos

I am interested in blacking out the front chevy bowtie. I searched on here before but now I cannot find the thread where the one guy just took off the emblem and painted it. Another guy bought stickers to go over the emblems but I cannot find those anywhere on the internet.

If I have to paint it, what type of paint am I looking at (general spray, finish, or a combo) also a brand would be helpful.

Thanks.

I used spray on bed liner on mine, just sanded it a little, put 3 coats on and called it a day

Just did all my logos last night actually. I just bought a can of Kryon Flat black Enamel From the Auto parts store, sanded everything down real good, taped everything off and sprayed 3 coats.. Looks pretty bad ***.

Also tinted my tail lights out as well. Just go for it.

If you used VHT Nite-Shades, go get some 3m Rubbing Compound and use it to lightly buff whatever you tinted. Rubbing compound will make them shine and look a whole lot better.
