I have a 98 jimmy my bestfriend has a 01 blazer, we share an amazon prime account, we both want new front bumpers and amazon says that a bumper will fit his truck but will not fit mine. i thought they were the same chassis different badging. i want the thinner front bumper for mine it currently has the big plastic over a steel reinforcement. the question is are the interchangeable or is amazon correct.

 

Headlights and grill are different making body lines not match. I believe your grill will be too low and get in the way. It can be made to work but it won't look good if you just bolt one on and go.
